The Safe2call app puts your phone number on your mobile. Calls to your number reach the app over Wi-Fi or mobile data, and calls you make from it show your Safe2call number. It works alongside your desk handset — both can be registered at the same time.

What you need
- Your user email address
- The password you set when you ordered
- A Wi-Fi or mobile data connection
Getting set up
- Install the app from your device's app store.
- Open it and sign in with your Safe2call user email address and password.
- Allow the app to use the microphone and send notifications.
- You are ready to start making and receiving calls.
No install needed
The web client runs in any browser on a computer — sign in from the customer portal with the same email address and password.
